Full sun. A huge, sprawling evergreen conifer, fast-growing to at least 40 ft. in well-drained soil. Although the tree is hardy in parts of the U.S., many well-established specimens in San Antonio were lost or disfigured by the deep freeze of 2021 and the yearslong drought that followed.
