A Gift for Mother from the Garden

Bet you’re trying to come up with something extra special for the mother in your life. Why not give her something unique and handmade from the garden?

Perhaps it’s cliché, but moms appreciate unique gifts made just for them by their children. It means so much more than a gift card.

Here’s a simple, but unique project that uses items you probably already have around the house.

Materials for the project include birdcage, Spanish moss, soil, succulents, ribbons and accents.

Add Spanish moss to the birdcage. Fill both sections (top and bottom).

Add soil on top of the Spanish moss.

Start placing the succulents.

Finish the project by adding ribbon and any other decorations you like.

Just take your time and use your imagination to come up with that extra special something for Mom. She’ll appreciate it more than you know!
