Starting January 1, 2025, SAWS requires all locations installing new irrigation systems to submit irrigation design plans for review and approval. This will primarily apply to newly constructed single-family residential properties and irrigation-only commercial accounts. Irrigators won’t want to miss this opportunity to stay informed on these important changes!
SAWS staff will be available at William R. Sinkin Eco Centro on February 11 to review the process for submitting plans, explain the requirements for approval, and address irrigators’ questions.
The CEU training is worth 2.0 credit hours to backflow prevention assembly testers, landscape irrigators, technicians, and inspectors licensed in the State of Texas.
