San Antonio is a great place to garden for wildlife. From birds to bees and butterflies, the Alamo City has it all. But did you know that gardens also play a crucial role in supporting local bat species?

Join Green Spaces Alliance and Bat Conservation International to learn all about the funky flying mammals that call Central Texas home! Discover which bats live in our area, how they keep our ecosystem healthy, and what you can do to make your garden bat-friendly using familiar native plants. All attendees will take home a tailored planting list and native transplants to beautify your garden and sustain local bat populations.
